Bright floral notes, tropical fruits and the acidity of a ripe lemon

Ethiopia Sidamo coffee is one of the most delicate varieties of Arabica, which is grown in Ethiopia, where the culture of coffee cultivation itself originated. Ethiopian coffee has its own special character, which is not easy to describe.

In order to avoid hypothermia, as well as overheating of the beans, coffee is subjected to wet processing and further drying in the sun. Thanks to the preservation of the age-old tradition of growing and processing coffee, Ethiopia Sidamo rightfully belongs to the expensive elite varieties of coffee. A striking feature is the presence of a unique aroma of bergamot, fresh fruit. The aftertaste has a slight lingering sweet caramel flavor, which does not disappear for a long time, leaving a clean aftertaste. A strong impression can be obtained not only from hot, but also from cold coffee, in which there is a fruity game of citrus, vanilla and dark chocolate.

Lovers of soft taste, alluring aroma and unique aftertaste have long appreciated the grade Ethiopia Sidamo. A fleeting floral fragrance with a beautiful hint of bitterness has attracted the attention of consumers from all over the world.

In addition to the rich taste qualities, coffee has a certain wine tint in combination with a rich bouquet of aromas of cinnamon, spices and fruits. Coffee in comparison with other Ethiopian varieties does not need strong toasting. It is good at an average degree of roasting cooked in one of the known ways. Coffee has well-balanced acid-sweet, slightly bitter taste notes. The drink has a powerful stimulating effect.

How to store?

In branded, tightly closed packaging at room temperature. Avoid contact with light, heat and moisture. Short-term storage in a glass or ceramic jar with a tightly closed lid is allowed. Sealed (unopened) packaging is recommended to be stored in the freezer at a temperature of -18℃

Do not store coffee in the refrigerator: low cooling temperature, foreign odors and possible condensation will quickly spoil the coffee!
