Balanced coffee with notes of pear, apple, green grapes and caramel aftertaste

ABOUT COFFEE:

Suitable for alternative cooking methods - from filter and aeropress to turki and geyser - provided that you have a positive attitude to sourness.

The taste is complex, complex, berry with hints of black currant and smoky notes that persist in the aftertaste.

The acidity is cherry-orange. As it cools down, the velvety astringency of bird cherry appears. The nature of the bitterness depends on the brewing method: from cocoa and milk chocolate to bitter berries.

It goes well with milk - it gives the drink a soft, creamy-nutty character.

Our coffee is from Papua New Guinea (Oceania). Collected on the Sigri plantation (Western Highlands province).

Founded in the 1950s, today it is one of the leading coffee plantations in the country. Coffee has an interesting feature - common roots with the iconic and one of the most expensive coffee in the world - Jamaica Blue Mountain. It was a type of typica from Jamaica that became the progenitor of most of the trees of the Sigri plantation. In addition to Blue Mountain, a variety of Arusha bourbon grows on the plantation. Together they create unique shades of taste of the finished drink.

How to store?

In branded, tightly closed packaging at room temperature. Avoid contact with light, heat and moisture. Short-term storage in a glass or ceramic jar with a tightly closed lid is allowed. Sealed (unopened) packaging is recommended to be stored in the freezer at a temperature of -18℃

Do not store coffee in the refrigerator: low cooling temperature, foreign odors and possible condensation will quickly spoil the coffee!
