Soft taste with chocolate shades and pleasant sweetness in the aftertaste.

Guatemala is one of the brightest representatives of the "soft Arabica" (milds) growing in Central America. It is easy to distinguish it in a cup by its strong chocolate shade and sweet orange sourness. This coffee perfectly manifests itself in espresso - both as a monosort and as a component of the espresso mixture.

Our Guatemala Fancy comes from two regions - Huehuetenango and Oriente. These are western (Huehuetenango) and eastern (Oriente) coffee. Oriente is on the border with Honduras, and Huehuetenango is on the border with Mexico.

The height of growth ranges from 1400 to 1800 meters above sea level. The harvest is harvested from December to March. The main varieties are bourbon, caturra and katuai. No more than 8 complete defects are allowed per 300 g of green grain.

Oriente farmers sell berries to the exporter, and Huehuetenango farmers sell ready-made assortment.

How to store?

In branded, tightly closed packaging at room temperature. Avoid contact with light, heat and moisture. Short-term storage in a glass or ceramic jar with a tightly closed lid is allowed. Sealed (unopened) packaging is recommended to be stored in the freezer at a temperature of -18℃

Do not store coffee in the refrigerator: low cooling temperature, foreign odors and possible condensation will quickly spoil the coffee!
