Dense, sweet taste with notes of blueberries and chocolate shades with a slight sourness of grapefruit.

Natural processed coffee from the Irgacheff region in Ethiopia. Coffee comes from well-known processing stations: these are Chelelektu, Boji, Biloya. The growth height is 1800-2150 meters above sea level. A small number of Quakers are present among the grains,

Curious coffee. In medium roasting, it perfectly manifests itself in espresso, giving a juicy syrupy cup with dark berries and shades of fried bread. It turns out better on long-term extraction – so Quakers are less noticeable. Simply excellent in cappuccino. Even on a double espresso (with a lower milk content as a result), the cup resembles blueberry yogurt.

How to store?

In branded, tightly closed packaging at room temperature. Avoid contact with light, heat and moisture. Short-term storage in a glass or ceramic jar with a tightly closed lid is allowed. Sealed (unopened) packaging is recommended to be stored in the freezer at a temperature of -18℃

Do not store coffee in the refrigerator: low cooling temperature, foreign odors and possible condensation will quickly spoil the coffee!
