Bright acidity of ripe currants and cranberries with light bread shades in the aftertaste

Kenya AA is one of the best varieties of coffee in the world, very common and used mainly in its pure form, because of the bright taste and large beautiful grains.

The Kenyan Highlands are one of the best agricultural regions in Africa. Immediately after harvesting coffee on plantations, coffee berries are sorted by ripeness and after selecting only ripe grains, they are peeled from the pulp and manually sorted by size.

Description of the Kenya AA variety

In the north-west of Kenya, in close proximity to the Tanzanian border, there is a famous coffee region. It has not only exceptionally good climatic characteristics, but is also known to all lovers of travel. Coffee plantings are located on the slope of the legendary Kilimanjaro. The clear, clean air of the highlands, the generous and rich soil, saturated with volcanic ash and organic matter, give rich harvests of coffee a very special taste.

The grains are labeled AA, which means that they meet the highest quality standards. The Kenya AA variety goes through several stages of control, as a result, gourmets can enjoy the purest taste of one of the world's best varieties.

Coffee is famous, first of all, for its perfect balance. Bright bitterness, piquant sourness and delicate sweet background accents combine into a single fresh bouquet. Another feature is the saturation of fruit and berry tones. Coffee shimmers with currant and citrus notes, blackberry and grapefruit splashes. The aftertaste of the coffee is clear, clean, with a fruity sourness and a delicate currant trail. The aroma of the drink is expressive, invigorating, fresh, it reveals a chocolate-fruit base, and then melts with inviting berry notes.

Excellent when brewed in a drip coffee maker, ideal for infusing in a press. An alternative method of brewing in kemex will give a good result. The variety can be consumed as an independent drink or added to blends to give them a new sound.

How to store?

In branded, tightly closed packaging at room temperature. Avoid contact with light, heat and moisture. Short-term storage in a glass or ceramic jar with a tightly closed lid is allowed. Sealed (unopened) packaging is recommended to be stored in the freezer at a temperature of -18℃
