WHO IS THIS COFFEE FOR?

For those who appreciate a strong rich aroma in coffee. Colombia Antioquia is a very bright coffee, if it is made in espresso. In a cup, this product is calm, with sufficient acid, and an interesting aftertaste. If the cup seems too sour to you, next time add a little more sugar to the coffee and you will immediately feel the balance. Perfectly manifests itself in cappuccino. When cooking using a home coffee maker, adjust the temperature settings to the maximum.

WHY DID WE CHOOSE THIS COFFEE:

Supremo means supreme. In Colombia, only high-quality grains receive such labeling. Supremo is both highly acidic coffee, and large grains, and the use of modern technologies in production. It is the above characteristics that make it possible to define this product as "supremo". We have chosen this coffee for you also because it is a classic representative of coffee cultivated in Colombia.

From batch to batch, coffee is very stable in terms of purity and size, grain grade. The taste profile is quite stable, as the coffee processing culture in the Antioquia region is at a high level.

HOW WE ROAST COLOMBIA ANTIOQUIA SUPREMO:

Supremo Antioquia likes a richer roasting. We prefer to roast this coffee to an average degree, however, this is an average rather for Colombian coffee.

In espresso and automatic coffee machine

In espresso, this Antioquia gives a good acidity of yellow plum with a hint of green apple. On cooling, the sourness becomes more noticeable, the shades of lemon are already felt. Shades of caramel perfectly balance the sourness.

In an automatic coffee machine, "sour" coffee is obtained, in which, mainly, shades of lemon and sour red berries are felt – red currant, for example. The density of the drink is low. It turns out light, as if diluted with water coffee with a well-noticeable sourness.

Antioquia is one of the most famous coffee-producing departments of Colombia, located in the north of this country. The climate of Antioquia is interesting because clouds appear almost every day after lunch, forming a natural shadow, which allows you to grow coffee without using shade trees.

How to store?

In branded, tightly closed packaging at room temperature. Avoid contact with light, heat and moisture. Short-term storage in a glass or ceramic jar with a tightly closed lid is allowed. Sealed (unopened) packaging is recommended to be stored in the freezer at a temperature of -18℃

Do not store coffee in the refrigerator: low cooling temperature, foreign odors and possible condensation will quickly spoil the coffee!
